West System® G/Flex® 655 Thickened Epoxy 2-Part Adhesive Kit. A toughened, versatile, 2-part epoxy for permanent waterproof bonding. Designed to bond to plastics, metals, glass, masonry, fiberglass, ceramics and damp and difficult-to-bond woods. More flexible than standard epoxies and polyester but much stiffer than adhesive sealants. Can make structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration. Quickly builds up thickness and will not run or sag. Ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. 1:1 mix ratio by volume makes it simple to use. Two 4.2 fl oz. bottles - one resin and one hardener. 150,000 PSI modulus elasticity. Amber.

Cure times at 72 degrees F (22 degrees C):

- Pot life (100 grams cupful): 45 minutes
- Working time: 75 minutes
- Initial cure: 3-4 hours
- Workable cure: 7-10 hours (Wait 24 hours before subjecting to high loads)
- Minimum recommended temperature: 40 degrees F (4 degrees C)
