West System® 423 Graphite Powder. A fine black powder that can be mixed with epoxy to produce a low-friction exterior coating with increased scuff resistance and durability. Commonly used as a low-load, low-speed bearing surface, as a coating on rudders and centerboards, or on the bottoms of racing craft that are dry sailed. Does not provide antifouling qualities. Designed for low-friction coating, scuff resistance and color modification. Mixture can be used on teak deck construction to simulate traditional caulking and to protect resin from sunlight. Can be blended into any West System® 105 Epoxy Resin®/200 Series Hardener combination. Mix ratio is 10% by volume (One 12 oz can will modify up to 1 gallon of mixed epoxy). Black. 12 oz.
