Seems well made, installed nicely, great instructions to go by and worked fantastic. The problem: at end of very first season of use became hard to action, loud squeak, there was corrosion hidden inside the workings, total fail by summer's end. Currently trying to speak with a rep about it, don't know if there is a warranty but I am stuck replacing this and price is up 33% from last year, $100. Yikes.
