Fulton Economy Spare Tire Carrier This product is designed to be easy to install. It is made with 1/2" diameter heavy duty construction and is zinc plated to resist corrosion. It fits 8", 9", 12", 13", 14" and 15" wheels with 4 and 5 lug rims. The includes the lug nuts to secure the wheel to the frame.
