Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier The carrier is made with heavy duty, welded and reinforced steel plate construction. It is zinc plated to resist corrosion and includes zinc plated mounting hardware and instructions. It fits trailer tongues up to 3" wide and 4" high. It has an adjustable bolt circle to accommodate both 4 and 5 lug bolt patterns. It also features a security locking hole to lock wheel and bracket to the trailer using a security cable and lock (cable and lock are sold separately).
