PVC Lobster Buoy Spindles. Available in either 1/2" or 3/4" diameter and 18", 24" or 36" long. You slide a buoy nose first onto the spindle. The loop on the end of the spindle should be held closed by being inside the buoy. To hold the buoy onto the spindle you drill a hole right under the butt end of the buoy then place a spindle washer against the butt end of the buoy and use a cotter pin through the drilled hole. This will hold the whole assembly onto the spindle.
