Pettit Tuff Coat Primer. A two component water-based epoxy primer with a simple 1:1 mix ratio. Use on fiberglass, gelcoat, concrete, wood, and painted surfaces to promote adhesion between the substrate and Tuff Coat. Can be applied to damp concrete marine surfaces.
