Pettit Tuff Coat Primer. A two component water-based epoxy primer with a simple 1:1 mix ratio. Use on fiberglass, gelcoat, concrete, wood, and painted surfaces to promote adhesion between the substrate and Tuff Coat. Can be applied to damp concrete marine surfaces. Compatible with all Tuff Coat rubberized non-skid coatings. Gallon.
