Reinforced with 2 or 4 plies of synthetic cord. Made of black, heavy-walled synthetic rubber. Primarily used for straight connections in wet exhaust systems and engine water circulation lines. Resistant to engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze and saltwater. Has double the ozone resistance required by SAEJ2006. Temperature ranges from -20 degrees F to 200 degrees F continuous, 250 degrees F intermittent. Meets SAE J2006 Type R1 standards. 2-7/8" inner diameter, 3-7/16" outer diameter.
