A versitile cleat easily mounts to a stanchion or rail 7/8* to 1 diameter. Construction consists of a husky stainless steel bracket and clamp with a 4 1/2 nylon coated aluminum cleat. Use them for fenders and flag halyards. Installation is easily made with a screwdriver. - *Will accommodate larger sizes with longer clamp.
